Pay Range: $35hr - $40hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Owner / Business Systems Analyst roles.
  • Strong experience in Data & Analytics / Data Engineering projects.
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Hands-on experience with user story creation, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies.
  • SQL and data analysis concepts.
  • ETL/ELT and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos).
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to data engineering and analytics solutions.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder sign-offs.
  • Drive delivery of Data Engineering, Reporting, and Analytics projects.

  • Support data-driven use cases in member services, pharmacy benefits, and analytics reporting.

  • Prior experience in Healthcare / Pharmacy (Rx) domain.
  • Knowledge of claims, membership, provider, benefits data.
  • HIPAA / EDI (834, 835, 837 transactions).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
  • Experience with data pipeline orchestration and APIs.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.
