Job Description:

  • Design and implement performance test strategies for MDM applications and services.
  • Develop and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
  • Analyze system performance metrics and identify bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
  • Validate performance of data ingestion, data synchronization, data matching, and data governance workflows.
  • Work closely with MDM architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues.
  • Create workload models simulating real-world data volumes and transaction patterns.
  • Monitor system behavior using APM and monitoring tools.
  • Provide performance tuning recommendations for applications, middleware, and databases.
  • Prepare performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Support performance testing in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure performance compliance with SLA and NFR requirements.

Required Technical Skills
Performance Testing Tools

  • JMeter / LoadRunner / NeoLoad / Gatling or similar tools
  • Experience designing distributed load tests

MDM & Data Systems

  • EXPERT Experience with MDM platforms such as:
