The P&C Operations group provides an elevated and global people experience powered by Digital. This includes enabling CoEs through digital platforms, delivering shared services through Service Delivery, and supporting a product-centric operating model.
A day in the life: What you do
Define, maintain, and implement platform standards, governance, and operational processes across Core HCM (Workday) and ServiceNow HRSD ensuring accuracy, availability, and alignment with business needs
  • Lead delivery of complex system initiatives and enhancements across foundational HR platforms with a high-performing team
  • Optimize how Core HR systems and Service Delivery capabilities are leveraged to improve efficiency, data integrity, and employee experience
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive transparent, trusted relationships and deliver on strategic roadmap priorities
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across P&C, Technology, and vendors to deliver system improvements and upgrades
  • Drive a customer-focused culture that delivers simple, scalable, and high-impact solutions
  • Demonstrate strong technical and business acumen across the system lifecycle (build, deploy, operate, optimize)
core responsibilities
The Manager, Foundational HR Systems is part of the P&C Operations function and oversees a team of Business Analysts, Sr. Functional Analysts, and Functional Analysts.
This role partners closely with P&C CoEs, global business stakeholders, and technology teams to define and deliver Core HCM (Workday) and ServiceNow-based solutions, ensuring alignment to business needs and service delivery outcomes.
You are responsible for:
  • Developing and leading your team
  • Prioritizing work across foundational HR platforms
  • Managing escalations and driving resolution
  • Delivering enhancements that improve employee and manager experience across core systems
qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in P&C, Business, or related field; HRIS certification an asset
  • 4+ years people leadership experience managing 4-6 direct reports
  • 4+ years subject matter expertise in Core HCM platforms (Workday preferred) and Service Delivery platforms (ServiceNow HRSD preferred)
  • Proven experience delivering and managing product roadmaps and system enhancements across enterprise HR platforms
  • Strong ability to communicate risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Experience leading Tier 2 support for enterprise HR systems, including issue triage and vendor collaboration
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing foundational HR systems (Core HCM & Service Delivery)
  • Strong experience with Workday Core HCM and ServiceNow HRSD
  • Ability to drive decisions using impact analysis and strategic thinking

compensation and benefits package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$112,00-$147,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
