The Financial SystemsManagerwill supportthe implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of financial systems, including ERP, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and reporting systems. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and experience in financial systems and project management.This position often involves working closely with various departments, such asAccounting,Finance, and IT, to streamline processes, reduce redundancies, and implementnew technologies. Responsibilities:ย 

  • Supportthe management of the application environment across the organization, with an emphasis on day-to-day operations of NetSuite and related financial systems to achieveoptimalfunctionality,usabilityand integrationย 
  • Document andmaintaindata model diagrams, data flow diagrams, integration diagrams, userguidesand other application informationย 
  • Translate business needs into product backlogs, user stories, and business requirements tooptimizebusiness value of applications and processesย 
  • Focus on continuous process improvement towards departmental policies, procedures, and best practicesย 
  • Participate in system testing and troubleshooting to resolve issuesย 
  • Provide technical support and train staff as it relates tothe company'sfinancial systemsย 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial systemsย 
  • Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure that system changes or upgrades align with business goalsย 
  • Assisttheaccounting and finance teams with project or system relatedinquiriesย 
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensureoptimalsystem performanceย 
  • Ensure that all financial data isaccurateandup to datein the systemsย 
  • Staycurrentwith the latest financial technologies and regulatory changes to provide suggestions and solutions for system improvementsย

Qualifications:ย 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of experiencein designing, implementing, andmaintainingfinancial systemsย

  • Experience with financial systems implementation and maintenance, particularly ERP systemswith advanced inventory(e.g., NetSuiterequired)ย

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excelย
