The Global System Integrator (GSI) Partner Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth by building strategic partnerships with the world's largest consulting and integration firms, including Accenture, Deloitte, and Infosys, to embed Forcepoint's security solutions into their client engagements and digital transformation programs. This Americas-focused role centers on pipeline development, joint go-to-market strategy, and co-selling across North, Central, and South American markets.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Partner Strategy: Develop joint business plans with target GSIs to embed Forcepoint’s data security platform into their consulting service offerings and managed security services.
  • Pipeline Generation: Partner with internal sales teams and external partners to create, influence, and accelerate joint sales pipeline.
  • Executive Relationship Building: Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior leadership and field teams at target GSIs, ensuring Forcepoint remains top of mind.
  • Enablement: Train GSI consulting and technical practices on the Forcepoint platform, guiding them in designing, architecting, and selling solutions built on Forcepoint.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage co-sell forecasting, track partner-sourced revenue, and maintain disciplined reporting in Salesforce and related CRM tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales, strategic alliances, or go-to-market leadership, with specific experience in GSI or consulting ecosystems.
  • Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong understanding of the GSI landscape, including internal organizational structures, partner program incentives, and managed services billing models.
  • Co-Sell Success: Proven track record of driving net-new enterprise logos and Total Contract Value (TCV) through partner-led sales motions.
  • Leadership & Communication: Executive presence, with the ability to influence without direct authority, negotiate complex deals, and present compelling joint value narratives.
  • Security Acumen: Working knowledge of the cybersecurity market, including data security (DLP), cloud security, and Zero Trust, strongly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

The salary range and variable compensation for this role is $240,000.00 to $275,000.00, representing the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual compensation is determined by a variety of factors, including location, experience, and performance. This range reflects only one component of Forcepoint's total compensation package, which may also include bonuses, paid time off, and additional region-specific benefits.
