The System Integration Specialist supports mission-critical objectives under the referenced work order by integrating JIRA, GitLab, and other IT service management tools ensuring seamless data synchronization and workflow automation. This role ensures interoperability between program tools and secure identity federation with enterprise authentication systems.

Job Description

  • The System Integration Specialist is responsible for ensuring interoperability between JIRA and GitLab by configuring automated workflows for task tracking, reporting, and approvals.
  • The position requires establishing authentication integrations with Microsoft Active Directory (Azure AD) to enforce CAC/PIV-based access controls.
  • Specialists will develop API-based solutions and ensure secure identity federation.
  • The role includes supporting secure authentication protocols including OAuth and SAML.

Required Qualifications and Experience

The contractor shall provide personnel who meet one of the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; or
  • A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in system integration.

Candidates must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

  • Integrating ITSM platforms and developing API-based solutions.
  • Ensuring secure identity federation and enterprise authentication.
  • Implementing OAuth, SAML, and enterprise authentication protocols.
