Position Description: System Integration Specialist - Contingent Pipeline Opportunity - We're building a talent pipeline for upcoming U.S. Government defense IT and analytics support roles. Opportunities are contingent upon task order awards and funding under existing contracts.


Location: Doral, FL


Responsibilities:

  • Integrate JIRA, GitLab, and other IT service management platforms to enable seamless workflows
  • Develop and maintain API-based solutions for system interoperability
  • Implement secure authentication protocols including OAuth and SAML
  • Automate data synchronization between platforms to improve efficiency
  • Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot system issues 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement new integration solutions
  • Support configuration and maintenance of ITSM tools and related platforms
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance best practices in integrations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
    OR 5 (five) years of equivalent experience in system integration
  • Experience integrating ITSM platforms such as JIRA and GitLab
  • Hands-on experience developing API integrations
  • Knowledge of enterprise authentication protocols including OAuth and SAML
  • Strong scripting and automation skills
  • Experience troubleshooting and optimizing system integrations

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience supporting federal or regulated environments
  • Experience with identity federation and single sign-on solutions
  • Experience integrating additional enterprise tools or platforms
  • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and DevOps workflows

Certifications:

  • Required: None
  • Preferred: ITIL Foundation certification, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect

Clearance Requirement:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
