The Estimating Implementation Manager owns and drives the execution of estimating related workflows, initiatives, and transformation efforts across the organization. This role is accountable for centralizing estimating initiatives, maintaining visibility into scope, progress, dependencies, and outcomes, and ensuring efforts move efficiently from concept through full implementation and adoption.
Operating at the intersection of National Estimating, division teams, operations, systems, and change management, this position serves as a hands on driver and coordinator. The role partners closely with cross functional stakeholders to translate estimating strategy into actionable plans, track performance through clear KPIs, visualize progress and capacity needs, and ensure estimating initiatives deliver measurable, sustainable results for a national homebuilder.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, operations, supply chain, or related field and at least 7+ years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
