Are you an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) professional who enjoys solving business challenges, improving processes, and helping users get the most from their ERP system?
YANMAR America is looking for a Dynamics 365 Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. In this role, you'll partner with teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and IT to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, implement improvements, and support ongoing system enhancements.

What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for Microsoft Dynamics 365 support and issue resolution
Configure and maintain D365 Finance & Operations modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and related business functions
Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into practical system solutions
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and system enhancements
Support integrations between D365 and other business applications
Participate in system upgrades, testing (UAT), and new feature implementations
Develop documentation, workflows, and user training materials
Provide end-user training and ongoing system support
Coordinate with external vendors supporting D365 enhancements and managed services
What We're Looking For
  • This position works on-site at our Adairsville, GA headquarters. Candidates should be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to their start date.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX)
  • Experience configuring and supporting D365 users in a business environment
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience developing within Dynamics 365 F&O using X++
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Experience with Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or operational business environments
