We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness within the spa. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
Manage and train staff, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development
Maintain inventory control and manage purchasing of supplies and products
Implement effective marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase sales
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle payroll, bookkeeping, and budgeting responsibilities
