Job description

Job Title: HR Coordinator Location: Bluffton, IN, United States Type: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Support HR Services functions including talent acquisition administration, responding to customer inquiries, advising on HR policies, and executing transactions.
  • Assist with daily attendance tracking, FMLA administration reports, and onboarding/orientation support, including preparing documentation and conducting presentation.
  • Manage insurance enrollment/billing administration, employee support requests, and act as backup for front desk/phone support.
  • Respond promptly to employee calls, emails, and mail using SAP CRM and SuccessFactors, providing guidance on HR-related topics and benefits.
  • Administer global HR transactions in SAP HR and SuccessFactors, including address changes, new hires, reimbursements, and employment verification.
  • Maintain and create process documentation, HR guides, and knowledge articles tailored to regional HR processes and communicate updates through the employee website.
Requirements
  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, SAP HR and SAP CRM; SuccessFactors preferred
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; Haitian Creole or Spanish a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and training skills
  • Team player with ability to promote a professional work environment
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects independently
  • Problem-solving skills and excellent customer service abilities
  • Ability to coach/train employees on processes and procedures
