The Role You'll Play

Playlist is looking for a Sr. HRIS Analyst to join our People & Culture Operations & Technology team. In this role, you'll be a key partner in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our Human Resource Information Systems, helping ensure our tools are reliable, scalable, and aligned to the needs of the business. You'll play an important role in strengthening our People technology ecosystem by leading HRIS projects, supporting data integrity, advising on system configuration, and identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation and thoughtful system enhancements.

  • Lead the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of HRIS applications to support performance, scalability, and business needs
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings to help maintain secure and reliable system access
  • Partner to support data integrity, governance, and consistency across HR systems
  • Lead HRIS projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations, while managing requirements, timelines, stakeholders, and delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve People & Culture processes through automation, system enhancements, and thoughtful technology adoption
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for HRIS inquiries, advanced troubleshooting, and end-user support
  • Create, update, and maintain reports in People & Culture systems for end users, audits, and business needs
  • Develop, support, troubleshoot, and document system integrations, including API and flat file integrations, while following change management practices
Experience You Bring
  • 7+ years of experience in HRIS, HRIT, or a similar role, with additional HR or payroll experience preferred
  • 5+ years of system administrator experience with HRIS platforms
  • Strong knowledge of global People and Culture concepts, policies, best practices, and compliance considerations
  • Expert-level knowledge of system configuration, data management, reporting tools, and how HR technology supports People and Culture processes
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, and/or Tableau skills
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and projects at the same time
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical audiences
  • IHRIM, SHRM, HRCI, or PMI certification preferred

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $95,000 to $126,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include a performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
