We are seeking a seasoned Agiloft Developer to design, develop, configure, and optimize enterprise contract lifecycle management (CLM) and workflow automation solutions using the Agiloft platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agiloft system configuration, workflow design, automation rules, and integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and document management platforms.
You will be responsible for building scalable, maintainable, and efficient contract/workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency and governance across enterprise processes.

3+ years of hands-on development experience in Agiloft CLM platform
3+ years of experience in Agiloft configuration (Tables, Fields, Forms, Knowledge Bases)

This role is critical for driving digital transformation of contract and workflow management systems. As a Agiloft Developer, you will enable automation of contract lifecycles, reduce manual effort, improve compliance, and ensure faster turnaround of enterprise agreements.
What You'll Do/
Job Description of Role* (RNR) - To be Evaluated by Technical Panel (Define it to give more clarity)
Design and configure Agiloft CLM solutions aligned with business requirements
Build and maintain workflows, rules, and automation logic in Agiloft
Develop integrations between Agiloft and enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
Customize UI, forms, and reports in Agiloft platform
Implement approval workflows, notifications, and escalation rules
Troubleshoot issues in workflows, scripts, and integrations
Optimize system performance and ensure scalability
Work with business teams to translate requirements into system design
Maintain documentation of configurations and solutions
Soft skills/other skills - To be Evaluated by Hiring Manager (To define how this will be evaluated)
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
