| Key Responsibilities |
• Customer support and inquiry handling
• Order processing and data entry
• Assisting with internal system operations and maintenance
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners
| Qualifications |
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent Japanese/English required
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Flexible and adaptable to varied tasks
• Interest or experience in IT/systems is a plus!

• Monday-Friday (9:00 AM-5:00 PM)
• Gardena, CA (On-site)
| Compensation & Benefits |
• $45,000 - $48,000 /annual (DOE)
