Required Skills & Experience Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related network engineering experience (or additional experience in lieu of degree)
Current DoD 8140 IAT Level II Certification (CCNA, Sec+, etc)
Expert knowledge of LAN switching technologies: VLANs, VTP, Port Security, Spanning Tree, Layer 2/Layer 3 Switching
Expert knowledge of Layer 3 routing protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS
Expert-level Layer 1 and Layer 2 troubleshooting experience in both unclassified and classified environments
Strong understanding of DoD network and application security hardening requirements
Experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network encryption devices
Experience with GEM-X or equivalent DoD management tools
