Top 200 AmLaw firm seeks an associate to join their Banking Practice Team in any of their New York, Miami, Chicago, Houston, or Los Angeles office.


The ideal candidate must have 2 years of debt finance experience. Preferred experience includes sponsored finance, syndicated lending, acquisition/leveraged finance (either borrower or lender side) and/or direct lending and private credit transactions. Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity, creative thinker. Commercial and business awareness. Outstanding communication skills. Strong time management skills, ability to stay calm under pressure when juggling multiple projects. Excellent drafting skills. Fluency in English required, fluency in Spanish would be a plus. Admitted to the bar and in good standing.
