Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, utilizing standardized assessment tools, and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
  • Implement various therapeutic techniques and modalities applicable to orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patient populations.
  • Educate patients and their caregivers regarding the treatment process, best practices in rehabilitation, and strategies for promoting recovery.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights to optimize patient progress and outcomes, and actively participate in case discussions.
  • Document patient progress in line with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring accurate and timely updates for the healthcare team.
  • Aim to meet predetermined utilization goals while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications
