This role is set within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Sanford, Florida, providing a supportive onsite atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Synchrony Rehabilitation Center, you will be entrusted with:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and establish tailored treatment plans.
  • Implementing diverse therapeutic interventions across specialties including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine.
  • Delivering high-quality care through techniques that are consistent with physicians' treatment plans, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
  • Training and educating patients and their caregivers on exercises, therapeutic modalities, and preventive healthcare strategies, ensuring they understand their care plans.
  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress meticulously to achieve and exceed minimum utilization goals and other performance metrics.
  • Engaging in continuous professional development and contributing to a culture of learning through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, young athletes with sports-related injuries, and adults with chronic conditions.
