This role is set within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Sanford, Florida, providing a supportive onsite atmosphere. The work schedule is Monday through Friday with a standard 40-hour week.

As a Physical Therapist at Synchrony Rehabilitation Center, you will be entrusted with:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and establish tailored treatment plans.
• Implementing diverse therapeutic interventions across specialties including orthopedic, pediatric, neurological, and sports medicine.
• Delivering high-quality care through techniques that are consistent with physicians' treatment plans, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Training and educating patients and their caregivers on exercises, therapeutic modalities, and preventive healthcare strategies, ensuring they understand their care plans.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress meticulously to achieve and exceed minimum utilization goals and other performance metrics.
• Engaging in continuous professional development and contributing to a culture of learning through collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, young athletes with sports-related injuries, and adults with chronic conditions. Understanding the unique challenges each patient faces is vital to designing effective treatment plans, and you will play an integral role in fostering relationships that motivate and inspire recovery.

The following qualifications are required for this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• A valid physical therapy license in the State of Florida.
• Experience working in a rehabilitation setting, with at least two years of relevant professional experience.
• CPR and Basic Life Support certification from an accredited organization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and care coordination.

While not required, preference will be given to candidates who possess:

• Advanced certifications in specific rehabilitation techniques or specialties.
• Experience in a fast-paced clinic environment emphasizing patient engagement and satisfaction.
• Strong skills in patient education and community health outreach.

The Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to base salary, Synchrony Rehabilitation Center provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
