We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to oversee our therapy department and lead a high-performing interdisciplinary team.

Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) Responsibilities

·         Oversee daily operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy departments

·         Lead, mentor, and manage therapy staff to achieve clinical and operational goals

·         Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations

·         Monitor documentation accuracy, billing compliance, and productivity standards

·         Collaborate with Nursing, Social Services, and Admissions to coordinate quality care

·         Support interdisciplinary team meetings and patient care planning

·         Promote resident satisfaction and strong clinical outcomes

Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) Qualifications

·         Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Florida (required)

·         Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting

·         Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

·         Knowledge of Medicare, PDPM, and documentation requirements

·         Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
