Now Hiring: Warehouse / Forklift Operators
Hire Sync is looking for dependable Warehouse / Forklift Operators to join a growing distribution team in Cleveland. If you're safety-focused, detail-oriented, and ready to keep things moving in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to take the next step.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate forklifts (sit-down and/or stand-up) and pallet jacks
  • Pick and pack orders with accuracy for outbound shipments
  • Load and unload trucks and deliveries
  • Use RF scanners and WMS systems to track inventory
  • Handle shipping/receiving tasks, including labeling and paperwork verification
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Support cycle counts, inventory checks, and order verification
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience required
  • Forklift certification preferred (sit-down or stand-up)
  • Familiar with RF scanners and basic computer systems
  • Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand for long periods
  • Strong attendance, safety, and teamwork record
