Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Data Fabric Developer to design, develop, and optimize data solutions using Microsoft's data ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Data Services, Synapse Analytics, Fabric, Power BI, and Data Engineering to build scalable, high-performance data architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks.
  • Implement data integration, transformation, and orchestration across various sources and platforms.
  • Optimize data storage, processing, and performance within Azure Data Lake and Data Warehousing solutions.
  • Develop real-time and batch data processing solutions to support business intelligence and analytics.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and security using best practices in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models for visualization and insights.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL/ELT processes for performance and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Stack (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric).
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data processing and analytics.
  • Strong experience in Power BI, DAX, and data modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Governance and Security (Purview, RBAC, IAM, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cloud data architecture, data mesh, and data lakehouse concepts.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automation for data workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Azure Certifications (DP-203, DP-500, or equivalent)
  • Experience with AI/ML data pipelines using Azure ML or Databricks.
  • Familiarity with Kafka, Event Hubs, or other real-time data streaming technologies.
