What you'll do
As a Swine Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving annual business plan targets within the swine segment while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving sales growth. You will keep customers informed on Selko and IntelliBond products, utilize SPIN selling techniques to advance opportunities, and support a team-selling approach by building multi-level relationships across customer organizations. Working closely with technical teams, you will contribute to swine research strategy, execute customer-facing trials, and partner with marketing to translate trial results into impactful customer materials that demonstrate product value.

We are seeking a customer-focused and results-driven professional with a strong background in swine production, nutrition, or animal science. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong relationship-building and communication skills, thrives in a collaborative sales environment, and is motivated to deliver business results. You take ownership of opportunities, work effectively across teams, and are committed to helping customers succeed while advancing your own professional growth.
You'll also need
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animal Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience in swine production or nutrition
  • Strong professionalism and customer focus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based sales environment
  • Solid understanding of animal research design, execution, analysis, and reporting
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Proficiency in Windows and data analysis tools
  • Willingness to travel 30-50%
