Swimming Pool Service Technician - $25–28/hr + Bonuses + PTO (Los Feliz /Hollywood Hills / Hollywood)
We’re a well-established, family-owned swimming pool service and repair company in Los Angeles, proudly serving the area since 1981. We’re known for our professional standards, strong team culture, and organized systems that make your workday smooth and efficient.
We’re currently hiring a full-time Pool Service Technician to join our team. Whether you’re experienced or brand new to the industry, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Weekly maintenance of residential swimming pools
• Testing and balancing water chemistry (LSI-based)
• Equipment inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Communicating with clients and reporting repair needs
• Following route schedules and logging service details
REQUIREMENTS:
• Your own insured pickup truck (this is required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
• Willing to learn and work well with a team
PAY & BENEFITS:
• $25/hr during training
• $28/hr after training
• Mileage reimbursement
• 1 week paid vacation (Christmas–New Year’s)
• 2nd week after 1 year, 3rd week after 2 years
• 5 PTO days/year (start accruing after 90 days)
• Summer bonus + Christmas bonus
• Uniform provided
