We specialize in the complete lifecycle of luxury features, from custom design and high-end construction to the finest quality service and maintenance for swimming pools, spas, and water features for high-end clientele. What You’ll Do

  • Installing, repairing, and replacing pool tiles and coping (stone, brick, or paver) for new construction and renovations.
  • Laying block (CMU), walls, and surrounding landscape features.
  • Mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete for decks and patios.
  • Diagnosing and repairing cracks, patching decks, and replacing damaged masonry.
  • Work with the Crew Lead to set forms, patterns, and foundations.
  • Cutting, shaping, and setting materials, while maintaining a clean, safe job site
  • Assist and perform various assigned tasks in all phases of pool construction and renovation.

Basic Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a mason, specifically with pool, landscape, or hardscape construction.
  • Technical Skills: Tile setting, stone fabrication, and concrete finishing.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials (50-100 lbs.), work in varied weather conditions, and perform strenuous physical labor.
  • Tools Knowledge: Proficiency with masonry tools, saws, and mixers.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail for precise, aesthetic finishes.
