  • Engage with Students: Use storytelling techniques to captivate students’ attention and enhance their learning experience.
  • Monitor Progress: Assess each student’s swimming skills and provide feedback to help them improve and achieve their goals.
  • Promote Water Safety: Instill essential water safety knowledge and practices in all lessons, ensuring that students understand the importance of being safe around water.
  • Communicate with Parents: Provide regular written updates to parents about their child’s progress and achievements, fostering strong relationships with families.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Facility: Assist with daily cleaning tasks to ensure the swim area is clean, organized, and always adheres to safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for Teaching: A genuine love for working with children and teaching.
  • Swim Experience: Basic swimming skills and comfort in the water; prior teaching experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with children and parents effectively.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Certifications: CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training may be provided).

What We Offer:

  • Flexible and consistent scheduling
  • Closed on major holidays
  • Free lessons for your children/grandchildren
  • $500 Employee Referral Bonus
  • Opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization
  • A fun, energetic work environment where you can make a difference in children's lives
  • Swim Teacher roles starting at $14.00/hour

Join us in making a splash in the lives of young swimmers!

Requirements:
