Join Apple's Instrument Engineering team, where we design and build the custom RF test instruments that help deliver world-leading products to our customers. As GUI Software Lead, you'll shape the software experience behind some of Apple's most sophisticated internal hardware - crafting interfaces that match the precision and ambition of the instruments themselves. Description
The GUI Software Lead owns the technical direction and delivery of graphical interfaces for Apple's internal RF test instruments. You will build and lead the GUI software discipline, partner closely with hardware, embedded and software teams, and drive feature development end-to-end to deliver reliable, high-performance applications.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of industry software engineering experience or equivalent.
Proven experience leading software development teams.
Deep experience with at least one major Apple UI framework: SwiftUI, UIKit, or AppKit.
Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading software teams on products that integrate software and hardware.
Strong grounding in Object Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD) and scalable software design principles.
Working knowledge of UI/UX design practices.
Familiarity with RF measurements and RF lab equipment.
Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
