This Full-Time Physical Therapist position involves working onsite, primarily in home care settings. Our collaborative environment fosters teamwork among healthcare professionals, where you will work alongside physicians, nurses, and support staff to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and health statuses as prescribed by physicians.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear therapeutic goals based on individual patient assessments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to adjust treatment strategies, facilitating optimal patient outcomes and ensuring continuity of care.

• Supervise and mentor junior staff, including Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), in delivering high-quality patient care and achieving positive rehabilitation outcomes.

• Analyze treatment effectiveness through regular follow-ups and modify plans as necessary to enhance patient progress.

Our patient population ranges from individuals recovering from surgeries or injuries to those managing chronic conditions and age-related challenges. You will provide care to a diverse group of clients, tailoring your approach based on their unique functional capabilities and rehabilitation goals. Your expertise will not only contribute to their physical recovery but also nurture their mental and emotional well-being during treatment.

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia is mandatory.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective patient interaction and documentation.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and electronic health record (EHR) systems is expected.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, although newly licensed therapists are encouraged to apply.
