Job Description

Sweet Security is looking for a skilled Solution Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor for our customers. In this role, you'll act as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle, helping prospects and clients understand how Sweet Security's cloud-native solutions address their most critical challenges. You'll collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to design tailored solutions, present technical value to stakeholders, and ensure successful onboarding and adoption.

Job Requirementsย 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or Solution Architect, working with enterprise software or cloud-native solutions.

  • Hands-on expertise with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (must).

  • Proficiency with Linux operating systems (must).

  • Strong knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Recent experience with networking configurations, routing, and firewalling.

  • Familiarity with DevOps ecosystems, including CI/CD tools, orchestration, and open-source solutions like Jenkins.

  • Understanding of general security practices, compliance requirements, and enterprise IT environments.

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Act as a technical expert for Pre Sales activities in the U.S. market.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and design tailored technical solutions.

  • Present and demonstrate Sweet Security's solutions to both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.

  • Ensure solutions are aligned with both customer needs and company objectives.

  • Provide technical guidance during post-sale onboarding and implementation to ensure customer success.

  • Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to influence product direction based on customer feedback.
