Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design a line of sweaters that reflect the latest fashion trends and align with our customers brand's identity
  • Create detailed technical sketches, specifications, and presentations for production
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and merchandising teams to bring the design vision to life
  • Research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
  • Oversee the entire design process from concept through final production, ensuring quality standards are met
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering creativity and collaboration within the team
  • Stay updated on fabric trends, knitting techniques, and garment construction to enhance product offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fashion design, specifically focused on sweater design
