Job description

Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer to join our team. The Landscape Designer will be responsible for planning and designing outdoor spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Collaborating with clients and project teams, you will develop design concepts, prepare detailed plans, and select appropriate plants and materials to create sustainable and attractive landscapes. This role requires strong design skills, horticultural knowledge, and the ability to deliver projects that meet client expectations and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for landscape projects.
  • Develop innovative design concepts and detailed landscape plans using CAD and other design software.
  • Select suitable plants, materials, and features that align with site conditions and client goals.
  • Prepare cost estimates, project proposals, and presentations for clients.
  • Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design implementation.
  • Ensure designs comply with environmental, zoning, and safety regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, plants, and sustainable landscaping practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Landscape Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture, soil conditions, and environmental factors.
