Responsibilities Collaborate with clients, architects, and the construction team to understand project requirements and client preferences. Develop comprehensive interior design plans, including space planning, furniture layouts, material selections, and lighting schemes. Create detailed 2D and 3D renderings to visualize design concepts for clients. Select and specify interior finishes, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that complement the unique characteristics of 3D-printed concrete. Research and integrate sustainable and eco-friendly materials and design solutions. Prepare design presentations and proposals, effectively communicating design intent and rationale. Work closely with engineers and construction personnel to ensure design feasibility and smooth execution. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design and sustainable building. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably with experience in residential or sustainable building projects. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, InDesign, or similar programs. Understanding of building codes, accessibility standards, and safety regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
