In This Role, You’ll:

  • Set the vibe with positivity and accountability that lifts the whole team.
  • Run training systems with finesse, helping new team members feel like pros.
  • Step up as Manager on Duty when the GM and AGM aren’t around, guiding the crew and keeping things flowing.
  • Keep the front-of-house running smoothly, making every guest feel welcome and safe.
  • Handle beverage inventory, accurately manage food orders, and ensure the bar’s always stocked and ready.
  • Stay sharp on our menu offerings and level up your beverage knowledge.
  • Other duties that keep things exciting and dynamic.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 4+ years of experience in high-volume or guest-focused food service.
  • 1+ years in a leadership role like Lead Bartender, Supervisor, or Corporate Trainer is a plus.
  • A love for cocktails, creativity, and connection with guests.
