We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who leads from the floor, supports the team, and helps run strong, organized shifts without needing to be told what to do next.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Run strong, organized shifts across FOH + BOH
  • Jump in where needed : line, expo, floor, or problem-solving

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of restaurant leadership or shift management experience; high-volume preferred
  • Comfortable leading a team while working alongside them
  • Strong communicator who can coach and direct effectively
  • Able to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Takes initiative and ownership of the shift
  • Open to nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Food Handler's Card / WA State Food Worker Card (or ability to obtain quickly)
  • MAST permit required prior to first day, if applicable

Work Environment
