Job description

Salary Range: $24.00 - $38.50Non-certified techs will start at $24/hour, certified techs will start at $25.50/hour and increase based on years of applicable work experience. $15,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants with a two year work commitment.

The Family Birth Center specializes in operations such as C-sections, hysterectomies, D&C's, cerclage placement and removal, and assisting with vaginal deliveries.
Schedule is 36 hours/week which would include a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts throughout the week consisting of 2 weeks of days, and 4 weeks of nights, with the potential for that to be split half and half. 12-hour shifts: Day shifts are from 6:30am-7pm and night shifts are from 6:30pm-7am, which includes your 30-minute break. Schedule is set for 6 weeks at a time. This position would cover every third weekend and every other holiday. No on-call.
You will typically work together with another surg tech during your shift as our goal is to staff 2 on each shift every day. One surg tech acts as the scrub tech and the other surg tech 1st assists. As you gain experience, you have the opportunity to advance your skills on the unit as the first assist with the provider.
