Experience & Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons during procedures and surgical consultations
  • Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and surgical materials
  • Support patient care before, during, and after procedures
  • Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout surgical visits
  • Maintain strict infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance
  • Provide post-operative instructions and patient education as directed
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Previous surgical, dental, or medical assisting experience required
  • Oral surgery or specialty surgical experience preferred
  • Knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Strong communication skills and professional bedside manner
  • CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
