HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

As aStrategic Account Manager, you distribute and promote the use of biologics throughout a designated territory. Works with several types of customers including Healthcare Professionals and Alliance Partners. Displays the highest degree of integrity, honesty, knowledge, and respect for the process of tissue donation and transplantation. Inform customers on biologics for surgical procedures using consultative sales skills to achieve sales objectives

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Business Planning & Goal Execution: Responsible for planning and implementing tactical strategies within the field to ensure the revenue budget is met and the territory's strategic service goals are met. Develops and reviews business plan with Regional Manager quarterly.
  • Relationship Building: Develops and influences Alliance Partners and 1099 relationships through education and capturing additional mindshare in assigned territory. Assists Alliance Partner business growth through supporting supply chain discussions.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS); Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Two (2) years Sales experience in Medical Device Industry, Hospital Sales and/or Physician Sales; Operating room, orthopedic or neurosurgical product experience preferred.
  • OR Four (4) years Professional sales experience in a business-to-business setting.
  • OR Four (4) years Relevant medical experience (e.g., physician's assistant, nurse)
  • Valid Driver's License

Key Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strategize: Ability to analyze and strategize to meet goals.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interface with physicians, surgeons, hospitals and inspire them on LNH products.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload.

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $65,972 -$87,962

Plus $55k Variable At Plan

Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience.
