Join a dedicated Vascular Surgery team where you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care from start to finish. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the key connection between patients, providers, and clinical teams—coordinating appointments, managing referrals, supporting care plans, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

This role is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients. You'll make a direct impact by helping patients navigate their healthcare journey while supporting a collaborative team committed to excellence in vascular care.

The Patient Care Coordinator provides various receptionist and skilled clerical duties to support the department. This position may be responsible for scheduling patients, obtaining necessary documentation, supporting prior authorizations, and coordinating aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care. A PCC will perform all duties a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of the entity.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1 year medical office or related healthcare experience OR 6 months experience as a Providence employee in an Associate PCC position.
