Job description

Swedish Medical Group is actively seeking a full-time surgical specialty physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join Swedish Surgical Specialists.
This team of physician assistants provide consultative services in both the inpatient and emergency room settings, as well as peri-operative care for adult patients with a wide range of surgical conditions. The new surgical PA or NP will be responsible for surgical consults with inpatients and ER patients, working collaboratively with Hospitalists, Intensivists and other medical specialists in the care of patients and performing clinic responsibilities. Members of the team will serve as first assistants in the operating room for select cases with general surgeons, as well as a variety of surgical specialties.

  • A current WA State PA License and Federal DEA registration are required
  • Compensation is between $130,831 and $176,217 per year
  • The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
