Professional Search Group OC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex electromechanical components and systems, ensuring precision and quality at every step. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of reliable products by interpreting electrical schematics, working with surface mount technology, and utilizing various hand and power tools. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in electronics assembly, electrical wiring, and mechanical assembly within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Duties

  • Assemble electromechanical components by following detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to accurately wire electrical panels and systems.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and surface mount technology techniques to assemble circuit boards and components.
  • Build electrical panels, wire harnesses, and perform surface mount technology (SMT) assembly with precision.
  • Conduct engineering troubleshooting on assembled units to identify and resolve issues related to electro-mechanical components.
  • Verify electrical connections using testing tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters; ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards for electronics assembly.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams during the manufacturing process to improve assembly procedures and troubleshoot technical challenges.
