What does the role entail?
A Beach Attendant is primarily responsible for maintaining outdoor activities for our hotel guests on the beach. They are responsible for checking out beach amenities at our Beach Hut and setting up beach bonfire experiences. This person must have good communication skills and have the ability to lift, pull and push moderate to heavy amounts of weight and work outdoors in all weather conditions. This is a fast-paced position that will involve constant guest interaction.
Qualifications
Your experience:
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must have open availability during Spring Break and the Summer Season, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Refined verbal communication skills.
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight. (Up to 30lbs)
  • Ability to push and pull heavy amounts of weight. (Up to 100lbs)
  • Ability to work outdoors in the sun and sand.
  • California Food Handlers Certification required.
