Bartender – K38 Baja Grill (New Location Opening – Cary, NC)

About Us:

K38 Baja Grill, part of the Live.Eat.Surf restaurant group, is known for fresh Baja-inspired flavors, scratch kitchens, and a lively, welcoming atmosphere. We’re bringing our newest K38 to Cary, opening mid-to-late July 2026, and we’re looking for talented Bartenders to join our opening team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Craft and serve signature cocktails, beer, and wine with speed, accuracy, and flair

  • Provide exceptional guest service by engaging warmly with guests at the bar and in the dining room

  • Maintain bar stock, prep ingredients, and follow recipes for consistent quality

  • Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service laws and K38 standards

  • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and inviting for guests

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred

  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine

  • Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for hospitality

  • Ability to multitask and thrive during busy shifts

  • Must be at least 21 years old
