What You'll Do

- Manage purchasing for all retail merchandise, including apparel, hard goods, and accessories
- Build and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and place and track purchase orders
- Own inventory management across the retail shop, including receiving, counts, cycle audits, and reconciliation
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent overstock and stockouts
- Oversee stocking, restocking, and organization of the sales floor and back of house storage
- Plan and execute merchandising and visual presentation that reflects the DSRT SURF brand
- Track sales performance, margins, and inventory shrink, and adjust purchasing accordingly
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise retail staff
- Partner with Finance and Operations on budgeting, cost control, and reporting
- Ensure point of sale systems, pricing, and product data are accurate and up to date
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest ready retail environment at all times
- Communicate professionally with guests, leadership, and cross functional teams
