Job description

The Security team interacts with guests providing assistance while protecting employees, guests and company property. The team shall be highly visible and assigned to select areas of the property accordingly to schedule and/or supervisor. From guest interaction to rule enforcement, members of the security team must be outgoing, patient and help maintain the culture of our surf resort. Areas of patrol will include monitoring guest entry points, assisting with bag checks, greeting guests and patrolling the property including rivers, pools and lodging areas

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be outgoing and friendly with good verbal communication skills
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds.
  • Patient with respect to our guest and to maintain a calm atmosphere
  • Must be knowledgeable and able to explain different assets of our property and applicable policies.
  • Perform daily opening, operating and closing procedures.
  • Act professionally at all times.
  • Must maintain professional, productive and efficient working relationships with all employees
  • Must adhere to Waco Surf brand guidelines
  • Must hold a valid Level 2 or higher TOPS Certificate
  • Members with a Valid Driver's License may be asked to drive ATV's and or People Movers
