MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced Service Support Specialist located in Muskego, WI. Our client is an Automatic doors industry Leader looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. Overview:

The Service Support Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance. This role is responsible for addressing product-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders. The position involves resolving technical concerns, documenting interactions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels

Troubleshoot product-related issues and guide users through solutions

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Collaborate with internal departments such as engineering, production, quality, and sales

Provide technical guidance to distributors, installers, and end users

Assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation, manuals, and bulletins

Support training initiatives for customers and partners

Identify recurring issues and communicate feedback for product or process improvements

Manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and timeliness of service

Travel occasionally to customer or company sites as needed

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and general computer skills

Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems preferred

Mechanical and/or basic electrical knowledge preferred

Working Conditions

This position is primarily office-based and requires extended periods of computer and phone use. Occasional exposure to industrial or manufacturing environments may occur. Limited travel may be required.
