Support Services Coordinator

Full Time | Day Shift - Weekdays
32 hours per week | May include weekend day as needed

What You'll Do:
As a Support Services Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our clinical and administrative operations running smoothly:

  • Maintain accurate resident and health services records
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, including PTO and call-ins
  • Process payroll for service associates and licensed staff
  • Manage clinic scheduling and physician coordination
  • Schedule and track resident medical appointments and follow-ups
  • Prepare and manage documentation for appointments, labs, and reports
  • Submit monthly billing for clinic and ? la carte services
  • Coordinate transportation for resident appointments
  • Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing leadership
  • Provide basic first aid and emergency response support as needed

Support Services Coordinator Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
    • Additional training in medical office management preferred
  • 2+ years in a medical office setting, including scheduling and administrative coordination
  • Staff scheduling experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
  • CNA or First Aid certification a plus
  • Medical terminology familiarity
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
