This full-time position is primarily remote, enabling a flexible work-life balance while offering robust support and collaboration within a communal framework. All necessary administrative support, including scheduling and billing, will be managed by our dedicated team, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality care.

• Conduct thorough, virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas of need, ensuring each assessment is exhaustive and tailored to individual circumstances.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to create integrated care plans that promote clients’ overall wellness.
• Act as an advocate for clients' rights and aid in connecting them with essential community resources and support services to enhance their recovery journey.
• Thoroughly document all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes utilizing our electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in team meetings, case consultations, and educational workshops to stay current with best practices and continuously improve clinical skills.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, encompassing varying ages and backgrounds, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and crafting detailed, individualized treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills necessary for effective rapport building with a diverse array of clients.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, ethical practice, and social justice.

• Experience in a community health clinic setting or comparable care environment.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and documentation standards in healthcare.
