Department: Nutritional Services

Works as a team member of the nutritional Services department, is responsible for tray set up and delivery of food service to patients via tray line, cafeteria, dining room, and /or catering. Transports food carts to and from kitchen and patient care areas. Performs ware washing, equipment and department sanitation throughout the department. Cleans and maintains dish machine, follows department sanitation procedures. Works as directed by Chef or Supervisor.
