As a Marketing Support Manageron the Marketing team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Marketing Support Specialists to ensure high performance, engagement, and professional growth

  • Manage team workload, priorities, and resource allocation to ensuretimelyand effective support across multiple brands.

  • Monitor support requests, service trends, and operational performance toidentifyopportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.

  • Develop, implement, andmaintainstandard operating procedures, workflows, and support documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Identifyopportunities to automate, standardize, and improve operational processes that enhance team productivity and service quality.

  • Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing support, customer support, marketing operations, business operations, shared services, or a related operational environment.

    • 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, or supervising employees.

    • Experience developing operational processes, improving workflows, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

  • Skills:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business recommendations.

    • Ability to evaluate technology solutions, vendor proposals, and business requirements using sound judgment.
