SUMMARY: Full time Agronomy Employee with focus on Agronomy support, sales, delivery and custom application
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: Include the following and others may be assigned
o Promote sales and service through our Agronomy Division
โ€ข Greet people in a friendly and professional manner
โ€ข Promote new marketing ideas related to our Agronomy Division
โ€ข Review and manage the delivery support team to maximize acres and work closely as a team for customer satisfaction and an excellent cooperative image
o Responsible for the delivery of chemicals, crop nutrients and maintenance of Agronomy assets
โ€ข Deliver and custom apply crop production products, nutrients, herbicides and related products on the correct legal descriptions
โ€ข Knowledge of legal descriptions and getting the correct inventory applied to the recommendation that is on the spray or spread sheet
โ€ข Properly dispose of any crop production products, nutrients and water not applied to target field.
o Maintain custom application equipment, trucks and pickups, keeping them in excellent working condition
โ€ข Focus on image of equipment to our customer base
โ€ข Maintain equipment to meet safety and DOT requirements
o Keep shrink and/or shortage to a minimum
o Be at work on time and work the scheduled hours
โ€ข Wear personal protection equipment for safety
o Notify the Plant Supervisor of any customer complaint or compliance issue
o Cooperate fully with the main business office to maintain accurate information for our customer base

o Current Commercial Nebraska Department of Agricultural Pesticide Applicator's License
o Current Drivers License or CDL that meets the States requirement for the equipment needed to perform the job requirements
