  • Has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Training & Development, or equivalent experience
  • Has 2+ years of Human Resources or recruiting experience, or 4+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships with a variety of people
  • Enjoys coaching, developing, and supporting leaders
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Brings strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Leads with integrity and professionalism
  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Can travel up to 40% to support restaurants and field teams

  • Partner with Regional Partners, Market Partners, Managing Partners, and Support Center teams to support our people-first culture
  • Help attract, recruit, and select top management and hourly talent
  • Review staffing needs and support restaurants with recruiting strategies and hiring plans
  • Interview management candidates and provide hiring recommendations
  • Support recruiting events, career fairs, job postings, and hiring initiatives
  • Investigate and help resolve employee relations concerns
