Job description

Sodexo is seeking an Operations Support Manager for a client based out of Rahway, NJ, to support our Global Account Director and portfolio of 149 sites by driving actions, coordinating priorities, and keeping initiatives on track.

Facilitate the Global Operations Team by coordinating meetings, managing schedules, tracking objectives, and supporting operational excellence initiatives. Drive deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure priorities remain aligned across the portfolio.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for driving operational consistency and enhancing service delivery across a defined area or division. You’ll help develop tools, implement standards, and provide hands-on support that empowers frontline teams and elevates the customer experience.


The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $74290 per year - $115500 per year
