Support Engineer - Cincinnati, OH.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Support Engineer specializing in CAD/CAM to join our dynamic team.
As a PLM Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to the Engineering software i.e Solid Edge and NX CAD/CAM.
Your expertise will contribute to ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our product lifecycle management systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users and addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to software functionalities, configurations, integrations, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions to software-related challenges.
  • Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Document and track support cases, resolutions, and lessons learned for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in software installations, upgrades, and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Stay updated on the latest releases, updates, and industry trends related to CAD/CAM.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of best practices, guidelines, and documentation for software usage.
