Job description

We are seeking a Salesforce Production Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, integration, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning technologies, Salesforce integrations, data migration, and troubleshooting, along with experience in Banking and Financial Services.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide production support for Salesforce applications, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues within defined SLAs.

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flows, Force.com, and asynchronous processing.

  • Support integrations, data migration, and Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Partner Communities.

  • Work with Salesforce CPQ, nCino, CRMA, and AI capabilities as applicable.

  • Analyze complex production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement solutions to improve system performance and availability.

  • Troubleshoot Salesforce Governor Limits and performance issues using tools such as ApexGuru and Scale Center.

  • Review code and technical designs and recommend Salesforce development and implementation best practices.

  • Translate business and user requirements into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.

  • Identify potential system improvements and proactively contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, system playbooks, and support procedures.

  • Lead or contribute to requirements, design, and code reviews for complex Salesforce solutions.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, LOBs, customers, internal teams, and third-party partners to resolve issues and deliver solutions.

  • Support manual operational activities when required to maintain service continuity.

  • Participate in meetings, provide development status, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and according to specifications.

  • Work effectively with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Salesforce development, integration, and production support experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, Force.com, asynchronous processing, and Salesforce integrations.

  • Experience with data migration, CRMA, AI, Salesforce CPQ, and nCino.

  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Partner Communities.

  • Experience in Banking and Financial Services, preferably with knowledge of loan lifecycle, sales, and marketing processes.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, customization, integrations, and performance optimization.

  • Experience troubleshooting Governor Limits, performance issues, and complex Salesforce exceptions.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with business and technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver within defined SLAs.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, code quality, and technical design standards.
